Originally formed in 1994 by Stewart Rowney & Paul Sharman, we remain an independent consultancy group based in Ascot, Jersey and London, from where we operate throughout the British Isles, providing Project & Cost Management services to a variety of high profile, blue chip commercial and public sector clients.

Our aim is simple – to provide our clients with the best professional service available and working across a number of different market sectors, we attract a high percentage of repeat business by working together very closely with our clients to ensure that their expectations are not only met, but exceeded.

The Main Board is made up of four Directors who are supported with a wealth of expertise within the Rowney Sharman team, allowing the business to undertake a variety of roles which fall under the ‘Client Representative / Project Management’ banner.
