Rowney Sharman were appointed by The Design Council to act as their project manager and cost consultant during the pre and post contract phase of the project and to fulfil the role of Contract Administrator under the JCT Intermediate Form of Contract.

The project was undertaken in Wragge & Co's existing London office to create a fresh, impressive reception, upgraded front of house facilities and client meeting rooms for this leading international law firm.
We were appointed to act as Client's Representative for the complex refurbishment of an existing 1970's building comprising office and ancillary accommodation together with 18 car parking spaces and a two bedroom flat.
This project presented us with a unique challenge as from a standing start with no design, the client was in occupation within 13 weeks of our appointment.
We were engaged to project manage the design and construction of this internationally renowned company's principle corporate headquarters and to manage the relocation of 300 employees from six separate buildings into Wright's Lane within the exacting timescale.
Our original appointment was to manage the relocation of the client's business from their existing premises to Leadenhall Street where we then acted as Employer's Agent and Cost Consultant in the fitting out of three floors including a commercial kitchen, an executive suite, a comms room, meeting rooms and open plan working areas.
For this project we successfully managed the relocation of the client's business from their existing offices to the Helicon Building, whilst also acting as Employer's Agent and Cost Consultant for the fitting out of a complete floor.
