Following on from a successful previous project to manage Aspen Re's move to occupy 22,000 sq ft of space and due to the continued growth of the business, we were once again appointed to manage their relocation to larger premises at Plantation Place.
We provided advice on the selection of the new premises and were engaged to manage the relocation and fitting out of three floors, totalling 49,000 sq ft whilst adapting CAT A works to create an executive floor of 13 meeting rooms, a fully-fitted commercial kitchen and an independent coffee bar and lounge area.
Two further floors were fitted out for workstations and executive offices with all floors linked by an internal spiral staircase.
