The first stage enabling works have now been completed, which comprised the construction of the new Meadowside Community Hub, site services diversions and demolition of the existing centre.
Construction of the new retail and restaurant development has commenced and before Easter 2012 the following key elements of work will be in progress:
- Site Levelling and Earthworks
- Foundation Construction
- Drainage Installations
- Steel Frame erection to first two Blocks
